Challenge
An entire sightseeing case for Prague was our final goal for this project. This case will include a fully operational website and mobile apps for both platforms, along the way developing an admin part and improving the software. Our team focused on offering users an immersive and all-inclusive travel companion for Prague, providing them with all the tools to simplify and relax the trip.
Our client has asked us to refresh the existing website, focusing on maximizing the use of the current back-end code. They also want us to create a mobile version of the website to improve UX and strengthen our online visibility.
Our primary goal was to boost the tourist guide app project conversion rate, improve the interface, extend functionality, and grow the user base.
Solution
To tackle the tasks, we revamped the entire web app interface, refined the existing user experience, and introduced an easy-to-use mobile version. We crafted all the case’s components according to the common strategy and philosophy of the customer.
We've added the option to purchase the card online using a QR code, reducing the time frame and simplifying the process. The admin panel was updated with photo loading, tags for better validation, etc.
Like in any other custom web application development cases, we have systematically approached the design in this project. Our team has designed the most appropriate UI and provided the customer with a system that is always ready to grow
With the mobile version, user can transform their mobile into cards, enabling them to access excursions via digital pass.
